★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il m’ont appelé un vendredi à 12h30 pour me dire que mon camion était prêt et que je devais aller le chercher avant 18h, sinon je devrais payer pour le véhicule de location. J’ai chamboulé mon horaire pour aller le chercher, lorsque que je suis arrivé, il manquait une pièce et n’avait pas changé la calandre. J’ai fait part de mon insatisfaction à la directrice et elle me riait en pleine face. PLUS JAMAIS FIX AUTO.?
He called me on a Friday at 12:30 to tell me that my truck was ready and that I had to pick him up before 6pm, otherwise I would have to pay for the rental car. I messed up my schedule to pick him up, when I arrived, he was missing a room and had not changed the grille. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the director and she laughed in my face. NEVER FIX AUTO.?

J’ai demandé si je pouvais passer plus rapidement car ma conjointe est à l’urgence et aucune empathie. Je ne recommande pas et plus jamais je n’irai là!
Long lead times, no sense of customer service and no initiative, are behind their processes instead of finding solutions. I asked if I could move on faster because my wife is in the ER and no empathy. I do not recommend and I will never go there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je ne recommande pas à personne ce centre. Accueil chaleureuse respectueuse. Date me mon accident 21-10-26 remise de mon véhicule le 21-12-08. Me remet l’auto avec la batterie à plat et oublie un réflecteur que j’ai mentionné à plusieurs reprises. Information non valide venant secrétaire. Tout ce qui est inscrit à son dossier est différent de l’assureur il faut faire le double dappel’ et de suivie. Très mauvaise expérience. Pourtant je vais à ce centre de plus de 15 ans. Jamais je vais y retourner.
I do not recommend this center to anyone. Warm respectful welcome. Date me my accident 21-10-26 delivery of my vehicle on 21-12-08. Returns the car to me with the dead battery and forgets a reflector that I have mentioned several times. Invalid information from secretary. Everything that is registered in your file is different from the insurer, you have to double call and follow up. Very bad experience. Yet I have been going to this center for over 15 years. I will never go back there.
