Je prend la peine de demander a quel moment il aurait le temps de le regarder et ont me dit d’ici la fin de la journee. Le le demain toujours pas d’appel et j’ai comme reponse qu’il est deborder d’ici la fin de la journee. Rappel du commerce en din de journee pour me dire qu’il a fait le test sur la route (rouler 2min avec) et d eme dire, ce que je lui avait deja dis en arrivant et qui avait ete tester par mon garagiste, qu’il doit ouvrir la transmission pour verifier le probleme. Il le fera a la premiere heure le lendemain. 2 jours plus tard pas d’appel encore, je les contacte pour me dire qu’il avait ete deborder et qu’il regarde ca apres le dinner. Je me fait rappeller pour me dire que j’ai besoin d’une nouvelle transmission. Daccord donne moi le prix d’une neuve et d’une usager si yen a et je deciderais... 2 jours plus tard pas d’appel encore. Je decide d’appeller Transmission Mirabel. En 1h il me rappel pour me donner le prix d’une usager et qu’il peut la poser le lendemain si je viens porter le vehicule avant la fin de la journee. Au rappel chez st therese je lui dis de laisser faire je vais reprendre mon vehicule. Il me Sort des excuse qu’il a pas eu le temps d’en trouver une usager et que meme au prix usager ca ne vaut pas la peine de le changer sur le vehicule. Il m’offre d’acheter mon vehicule a la place. Je deconseille fortement cette endroit. Il semble m’avoir fait attendre pour que je me tanne et vend mon vehicule au lieu de simplement le reparer et qu’il fasse un profit sur mon dos. Transmission problem of course. I bother to ask when he would have time to look at it and told me by the end of the day. The tomorrow still no call and I have as answer that it is overflow by the end of the day. Reminder of the day din trade to tell me that he did the test on the road (roll 2min with) and say, what I had already told him on arrival and had been tested by my garage, that he must open the transmission to check the problem. He will do it at the first hour the next day. 2 days later no call again, I contacted them to tell me that he had been overflowing and that he looks after dinner. I am reminded to tell me that I need a new transmission. Daccord give me the price of a new and a user if yen and I would decide ... 2 days later no call yet. I decide to call Transmission Mirabel. In 1h he reminds me to give me the price of a user and he can ask the next day if I come to wear the vehicle before the end of the day. At the call home st therese I tell him to let go I will take my vehicle. He is Fate excuse that he has not had time to find a user and even at the user price it is not worth the change on the vehicle. He offers me to buy my vehicle instead. I strongly recommend this place. He seems to have made me wait for me to get tired and sell my vehicle instead of just repairing it and making a profit on my back.

Alain m'as trouver le morceaux en claquant des doight a un très bon prix et as même pris le temps de me donner certain conseil !! Un passionné et très connaissant !! I was looking for a dealer only song "for my project to improve my transmission and after several calls to another place without an answer ... Alain found me the song by slamming the fingers at a very good price and even took time to give me some advice !! A passionate and very knowledgeable !!

Il a trouvé le problème rapidement et il a fait ce que d'autres garage de transmission n'ont pas voulu faire ... ma voiture va super bien !! Très content merci Alain !! Excellent service ... he knows a thing or two about transmission. He found the problem quickly and did what other transmission shops didn't want to do ... my car is doing great !!
