Aucun problème avec leurs services, mon auto auto a été perte total et ils m'ont passer un auto pour aller travailler pendant 4 jours ✊? le temps que je me procure une nouvelle voiture.
No problem with their services, my car was a total loss and they gave me a car to go to work for 4 days ✊? while I got a new car.

En 3 rendez-vous, 2 méchants problèmes. 1-À l'été, je commande mes pneus sur leur site et paie 1300$. On m'appelle pour me dire qu'ils ne sont pas disponible et m'en propose d'autres. Au rendez-vous, on m'informe que je devais annuler ma commande en ligne et qu'eux ne communiquaient pas ensemble. On me facture encore 1200$. Je me plains à la personne au service qui appelle quelqu'un. Tous deux semblent s'entendre que j'aurais dû deviner. J'ai appelé le service Point S qui eux se sont excusés et m'ont émis le remboursement que j'ai reçu 1 semaine plus tard. J'avais alors écrit un commentaire ici. Le propriétaire m'a contacté pour s'excuser et me proposer une forme de crédit à mon dossier que je n'ai pas utilisé... une erreur ça arrive à tout le monde 2- Voilà depuis jeudi dernier que mon véhicule était à leur garage. Problème de démarrage. Vendredi on me dit qu'une pièce est à changer et Bonne nouvelle! Ils me l'ont trouver pour 150$ au concessionnaire. Ils l'auront lundi, mais une seconde pièce pourrait être à changer. Estimation 800$+tx. Lundi pas de nouvelle, j'appelle. Il faut changer l'autre pièce aussi mais tous deux se changent en même. +330$ et ils l'auront mardi. Mardi, pas de nouvelle j'appelle vers midi. Il y a un code erreur à vérifier on me rappellera. 16h15 pas de nouvelle, j'appelle et on me dit qu'un autre pièce est commandé?!?! D'accord. Ils l'auront mercredi. Mercredi midi (aujourd'hui) mon véhicule est prêt. Total 1792$. Je comprend que l'on peut découvrir des bris en cours de route, mais une pièce dites à 150 chargée à 437$. Un bon d'une éval de 800+330$ à 1558$ avec aucun suivi entre les deux. Ça passe pas. Les garages ne facturent pas tous plusieurs 90$ de scan et Dx à chaque branchement. Dernière fois pour moi.
In 3 dates, 2 nasty problems. 1-In the summer, I order my tires on their site and pay $1300. They call me to tell me that they are not available and offer me others. At the appointment, I was informed that I had to cancel my online order and that they were not communicating together. They still charge me $1200. I complain to the service person calling someone. Both seem to get along I should have guessed. I called the Point S service who apologized and issued me the refund which I received 1 week later. I then wrote a comment here. The owner contacted me to apologize and offer me a form of credit on my file that I did not use... a mistake happens to everyone 2- Since last Thursday my vehicle was in their garage. Starting problem. Friday I am told that a part is to be changed and Good news! They got it for me for $150 at the dealership. They will have it on Monday, but a second part could be changed. Estimate $800+tx. Monday no news, I call. You have to change the other part too, but both change at the same time. +$330 and they'll get it on Tuesday. Tuesday, no news I call around noon. There is an error code to check and I will be called back. 4:15 p.m. no news, I call and they tell me that another part is ordered?!?! Agreed. They will have it on Wednesday. Wednesday noon (today) my vehicle is ready. Total $1792. I understand that we can discover breakage along the way, but a piece called 150 charged at $437. A voucher worth $800+$330 to $1558 with no follow-up in between. It does not pass. Garages do not all charge several $90 scan and Dx for each connection. Last time for me.

During our cross-country trip after a major tire blow out, Patrick was more than helpful, honest and willing to fit us into his busy schedule and went out of his way to make calls and ensure that we were on the road it good time. After a mishap after we left his shop, he made sure we were taken care of. Merci Patrick!

Update 27 Sep 2021: I have a noise with my brake, the garage recommended to perform brake maintenance which I agreed to do. However the same noise persists after that maintenance. I booked another appointment in a month for the same reason, and the technician took a quick tour with me to hear the noise. They charged me a new verification and the verification shows that the brakes needs a brake maintenance for $$$, I said OK and I took another appointment. However when I went home and checked my bills to see what they did a month ago, I found that they already did that brake maintenance a month ago. I was disappointed that they charge me another verification and after the verification they offer me to do the same job again (brake maintenance) after 1 month. I called and cancelled the appointment because I have no more confidence and also I might be replacing my car in few months. I have the feeling this garage is good only in maintenance works but not to fix car issues. Another issue, as a regular client to this garage, I wanted to take appointment to change my oil and filter and said that I have already my filter and oil purchased. I like to use very specific brand of filter and oil. They refused to give me the appointment because they don't want to use client's oil and filter. I'm sorry but I reduced my rating because of all that. (Originally it was 5 stars) Here is my original old review Excellent and honest garage ! They did good job for me today with fair price. Even they charged me less hours than the estimation because they could finish the work in less time. I'll be back for my future reparations or maintenance. They have referral reward program as well which I'll try to use by referring my colleagues. A+. Thank you!

Very happy to do business there. Very honest people. Owner follows up with his business and customers. Quality of work exceeds dealer. I do all my maintenance on both our new cars there, unless there's a warranty issue. Highly recommend.
