M	Meninet Hizbey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If it was not for my insurance who sent me to this auto repair, I would never in a million years, would have come to this place. I would never even recommend to my enemies to come here. They claimed to have fixed my car but it didn't take long before it started making unsettling noises. Worst part, the manager fought back to avoid fixing it. He is rude and act like he is doing it for free. But the front desk staff are very polite and understanding.

C	Celine Banh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service! I don't speak a word of French so Marie, the pretty girl at the front desk helped me out in English and was so happy to do so. She was really professional! I had a courtesy car while waiting for my car to be fixed (Which only took 3 business days, they were super fast!) But unfortunately my first courtesy car had a few problems so I left them a message at night and Marie called me back right away the next morning and told me to bring it in and someone will take a look at it and she handle things very well. Patrick was also really friendly, fast and had great customer service skills. He provided me with an amazing courtesy car to replace the first one! (I didn't even miss my car, the days went by so fast!) The wait time was also very short I got served really quickly. Would definitely come back here again!! Thanks Marie and Patrick

The only reason I gave 4 stars is be side their curtesy car was in bad shape and I was scared I would get stuck to use it for an entire weekend. I was relieved that my car was ready within a few hours after the drop off, as I had no plans of driving my family around with that car. If they had provided me with a mechanically sound courtesy car, I would have given them 5 stars easily.
R	Renata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They told me there was a 50/50 chance of breaking my windshield when they changed it and they broke it. I was upset, because even if there was a chance of breaking it, if it is a service they do often I would expect that their expertise would mean they could deliver it more efficiently. My bill pretty much doubled with that. Also, they washed my car and instead of asking me if it would be ok to use this product on the leather, they simply used it (which is something I wouldn't have allowed) and I can't stay in my car without my eyes and throat burning. It's cold and I have to leave my windows down to try to get the smell out, which it will take weeks. I am not satisfied and I get reminded of it every time I get in my car and smell the awful product they used. Won't be going back there.

They could not properly install new replacement front fender for an insurance claim, it looked kind of off, badly fitted, but I swallowed that. Then I go recently to change my truck's fog light light bulbs and my mechanic says these amateurs epoxied the fog light housings to the replacement fender they worked on 3 years ago. This place should be called Bad Fix Auto Alymer. I do not recommend.
