★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. Floors are getting installed and the contractor is saying it’s the worst floor he’s ever had to install. I highly suggest you avoid shopping here. Avoid the Simba Vinyl if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted loose lay luxury vinyl plank instead of saying they didn't have it the salesperson spent 10 minutes trying to tell me it was a terrible product and I would have nothing but trouble. Thanks but I've done my own homework.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed with the installation. George was a great salesman however the installation was terrible. We only had 2 staircases done and they were in and out in under and hour, left with many places not secure down, a hole in the carpet and left a rusty looking stain on the carpet. When we contact the installer they became very rude and defensive. We contacted George again who was apologetic and assured us it would be fixed...3 months later and several phone calls the same installers arrived to fix it. They were clearly irritated that they had to return, they continually stated that did a perfect job and this is “nonsense”. I wouldn’t bother with the hassle of dealing with this company again.
