On May 1st., 2000, the vision of providing seniors with a complete package of moving services came to fruition with the inception of Five Star Seniors Relocators. Our services allow seniors to downsize and relocate seamlessly and with as little stress as possible.
Assisting seniors with downsizing has added another dimension to our services, which is very gratifying. Frequently, we have the task of disposing of excess furniture and other useable items and are therefore able to donate these items to homes and organizations where they are very much appreciated.
Since the inception of our company in 2000, it has become a true family business. Our company is managed by family members who are supported by a customer service-oriented team. We have assisted thousands of seniors with moving into various levels of housing and have maintained our mandate to help seniors exclusively. None of our services are subcontracted. We utilize our own moving trucks. Currently, we relocate seniors throughout Alberta and the BC borders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five Star Seniors' Relocators Inc. did not provide the "stress-free moving for senior's" experience they advertised. Due to the actions of Five Star Seniors' Inc., it was an extremely stressful and hectic move for my family. All requested pre-move information was provided by the family to the moving company well in advance of the move. Partially due to covid-19 protocols, it was important to our family and to the seniors' residence that my parents were moving into, that the moving company honour their promised timeline. Five Star Seniors' Relocators, Inc. took two days to complete the moving process instead of their promised one day causing numerous significant negative issues for our family. In addition, items were damaged and broken during Five Star Seniors' Relocator's moving and unpacking process that they did not take accountability or responsibility for.

They were on time, friendly, so fast and efficient that what we thought would take all day, was packed and moved from Olds to Calgary in 5 hours!! Their customer service was the best I have ever experienced in all my moves. It is so heartwarming to see people who truly go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right. Thank you to Claude and his team of young men and to Connie at the office end for their amazing support throughout the emotional transition from the family home to Calgary.
