Rocky Mountain Game Meats is a Calgary-based, privately-owned business that first opened in 1987. We quickly built a loyal customer base selling our high quality quail to fine dining restaurants and hotels.  Because of our passion, and at the request of our loyal customers, we have greatly expanded our product offering to provide our customers with a robust selection of locally and sustainably-sourced artisanal meat products.

Through the years we have continued to expand to meet demand.  In 2003, we took a further step in growing our product line by building a poultry cutting centre.  Then, in 2004, Rocky Mountain Game Meats Ltd implemented a HACCP program our their facility which allows us to supply products meeting the highest standards for food quality in the industry.

Our commitment to dependable service, sustainability, high quality products and competitive prices is reflected in our diverse customer base. Our clientele includes chefs from the finest restaurants, 5-star hotels and private clubs from across Canada.

At Rocky Mountain Game Meats, we are purveyors of a wide range of freshly prepared, artisanal products that are sustainably sourced from local farms and artisanal producers.  Our producers include local farms in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and other Canadian farms.
