The owners were super friendly and helpful and they have a WIDE selection of just about everything you could ever want and more. Finally found what I had been looking for for months. Very happy with my experience here, recommending it to people and definitely coming here again for more lifestyle accessories

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the customer service itself was pretty good, I found there to be a severe problem with what they are selling. I bought a bong yesterday and today I set it on my kitchen counter and the entire bowl caved in on itself. Obviously I tried taking it back so I could inform them of the fact that the bongs they had bought might not be the best quality only for one of the people working to tell me that they personally checked out the bong and found it to be perfect. Personally I don't think that a bong that caves in on itself from being set down is perfect but I'm no expert. I also fond the fact that they don't actually tell you about the no return policy when you buy from them to be rather shady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely incredible customer service, picked up a great new dab rig today and the lovely gentleman who was helping me made sure I had everything I needed to get started. Not only did he make great recommendations but he made me laugh. Best smoke shop in town hands down, they had everything I wanted down to my favourite kind of incense. I’ll definitely be back!
