A week later I went in bought not only the Trainer but a bench and flooring as well. Then less than a week later it was delivered and set up at my house as promised! I have been to 3 Fitness Depot locations (Thornhill, Dollard Des-Ormeaux in Quebec and Scarborough) all have great products and staff know their stuff, the prices are very fair and the product lasts a long time. I wish they started taking orders again by phone, hopefully in near future. Thank you. .

I had called a few times to ask about certain stock and each time Alex was so polite and helpful. When I made the trip into the store Alex took the time to explain equipment and suggest alternatives. Our home gym thankfully has sufficed during this pandemic, but now we have added even more equipment to make it fantastic. Thank you Alex for your excellent knowledge and customer service. I will definitely be going back for more strength training equipment when stock arrives.

Everyone is very knowledgeable in all the equipment and they don’t hesitate to help grab anything I need. Best place for all your fitness equipment needs!

The staff have been helpful, answering any questions about the equipment. It's always a positive experience dealing with them.

Anyone who has shopped at any of the other Fitness Depot locations know the price is always negotiable, especially when they have a lot of inventory. Strongly suggest shopping at the other Fitness Depots in town, I was able to get a very nice deal with almost no bargaining at another location.
