A great variety of classes that actually make you want to show up every day! You always feel a personal touch from staff. The owner, Ligia goes out of her way to stay connected to every client and provides fun incentives and events for members often. The classes are manageable sizes that don’t make you feel lost or unimportant. You always get the attention needed to correct a move or motivate you to keep pushing.

Recently tried the Thai massage and all I can say is WOW. I had chronic pain in my shoulder for 2 years and since having that massage, I have regained full range of motion with no pain!

The owner, Ligia, takes a personal interest and approach to each member's fitness and wellness goals. The past few months the studio has added Virtual Classes and they feel as cozy as the studio. From her individual space, Ligia manages to reach out to her clients on a personal level through challenging workouts that can be done remotely to her motivational and inspiring words. The Virtuals have kept me sane and on track, while offering convenience during these months of social distancing. Keep it up Fitbox!

I have been doing classes for 3 years and just love it. Now that my 2 boys are young men I enjoy doing several classes each week. I also treat myself to private reformer and Thai massage, to get a well rounded fitness experience. Ligia also does a great job making each class different and incorporating new exercises. Come check it out, you will love it .

I have been going to Fitbox Studio for more than 1 year and I have never felt stronger or fit at the gym. The place to be to train well and get in shape!

I've been doing the virtual classes since March, and they are fantastic. Suitably challenging, lots of variety, really well paced, and totally doable from home no matter your set up. Ligia is an outstanding trainer, pays close attention to your workout and progress, and her classes are inclusive and inspiring. Highly recommend.
