N	Northern Finesse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanted to write this post because I was very impressed with the manager at this location. There were a few times I came across her while I was working out here one was when I needed help with the elliptical machine and was shown how to properly operate the one I was using .. and secondly was today when I came in to get a new gym pass because my old one was unfortunately stolen. Her customer service was impeccable as a business owner myself that really stood out to me. Good job.
E	Effy D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went around 8pm on a Thursday, staff were running around and had their friends playing music through the speaker on their phone, they were also fooling around on the treadmill (running onto one that was already being used by a member of staff) hardly saw them at the desk. Quite annoying for other patrons when the staff are meant to set the atmosphere and they are the problem.
G	GAGAN SOHI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a member of fit4less from last 2 years but having Worst experience especially with the manager (Pakistani lady named Mahieen) of this Kennedy location. Whenever, my friends and i visited there for workout noticed that she never cleans the machines or weights. She is always busy in doing workout for herself while on-duty. Also, she does not know how to speak to their customers. She always misbehave and is Very rude and unprofessional. I am wondering that fit4less authorities neither check on their employees nor train them to welcome customers.

Would have given 4⭐️ but given their hours of operation MF 6 to 10 and Weekend is 8 to 6 is not good at all. We are paying the same price we were paying when we signed up for 24x7 promise at least they can keep it open till 11PM or so just like some other gyms.

The girl in the front Cass with the curly blonde hair, is so welcoming and polite and explained the memberships and policies perfectly to me. Even though she had a mask on you could see her smile in her bright blue eyes which was so contagious! I walked in the gym just wanting information and a quick tour but it was Cass’s personality and love for the gym/members that made me instantly sign up. Highly recommend and hope anyone that goes to this gym ur taken care of by Cass, you’ll start your workout feeling more positive and always smiling.

Moreover, he also helps in workout. If you want to ask him about any type of workout; you got Phil. Shout out to my Homie. Stay Blessed Phil.

I also had the pleasure of meeting Phil he really went over & beyond showing me how to operate and understanding various machines, it really shows the care and overall love for the gym environment. Exceptional service. If you're looking for a place to workout this it. Overall great experience after 6months of training here i don't see myself training anywhere else ? HIGHLY Recommend

First off let me start with the fact that this gym is EXTREMELY cheap. $12.99 a month???? that’s amazing. affordable. let me also say that this is a very very clean gym. i see about everyone , customers and staff, clean and sanitize. staff is amazing especially Phil Roy. I just met him as I was starting my workout. He gave me good advice, had great conversation and he is always cleaning. I have seen him the past 3 times I have come to this gym and he is always so friendly and he always takes the initiative to give good advice. This location is amazing and would recommend this place to everyone. I am recommending it to my family and friends. Anyone reading this, everything I said is no lie. You will LOVE this gym!
