★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service and unauthorized charges.
Canceled my account and then was charged out of the blue for membership fees, cost me over #120.00 in NSF fees, contacted 2 branches and emailed the regional manager to confirm cancellation only to have them charge me again.
Horrible customer service, horrible to deal with as no resolution was given and they are still trying to steal money. Not locked in to any membership, just was month to month yet this company feels they have the right to take funds after cancellation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Silly that the weekend hours are only until 6 pm. Weekends should be at least until 10 pm. I don’t get why the hours still haven’t gone back to 24/7. Just paying for a 24/7 gym to only be able to go on weekends until 6 pm doesn’t make any sense. Other than that I like this gym, super cheap nice staff and I’m usually able to always get on the equipment I want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A terrible experience, the gym is small and not a great space, and the staff are all there to clean but will not help you with membership problems or offer any customer care, I tried to speak to a staff member and she kept pushing me to upgrade and pay more, would not listen to me and did not help me solve my problem. Overall, I would advice everyone to avoid ALL fit4less AT ALL COSTS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With Covid-19 cases on the rise in Edmonton. I am happy to say this gym has taken extra precautions. Masks are mandatory inside at all times and I like the safety they have implemented.
I was at another gym, that I should review but rather not as it will a bad one. But is called AF you figure that one out, but I had to cancel the membership as it was disappointing to see protocols not being followed or implemented.
Fit4Less is following protocols, you book your session on line and go workout safe. I guarantee you, you will enjoy it. Membership start as low as $5.99 bi-weekly and gym has high standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facility is small, however it does provide all the equipment found in larger establishments. Their fees are reasonable and the staff very helpful. I'm very impressed with how the staff keep the facility clean. They even clean inside the lockers. The hours of operation are back to 24 hrs, note staff are on site M-F 0700 to 10pm; S-S 11:00 - 4pm. Overall, probably the best value for money for people not looking for all the bells and whistles with higher proceed gyms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a good gym. Rates are cheaper too. Not too busy. Mostly you can easily find equipments that you can use cause it’s not too busy. Lockers are available. Changing room are also available. Overall I will suggest going with this gym.
