They back filled an unsupported foundation which caused multiple structural cracks. They crossed hot and cold plumbing going to the second floor which saw hot water going to a toilet and hot and cold reversed on all other plumbing fixtures. They screwed up the HVAC so the home would not heat properly. They use only bottom of the barrel trades. Basically these mental midgets shouldn't be allowed to build dog houses let alone real houses where peoples lives could be compromised.

When we first went to meet with the builder Joe, he was the sweetest and most friendly guy I had ever met! He answered all of our million questions (our first time buying a new build) and didn’t even hesitate to give us his phone number so we can call him with more questions. I think we called him on a weekly basis (sorry Joe!). When we moved in, we had some minor issues with our house as is typical but the response was great from the builder and everything got fixed right away! I was so surprised that a great company didn’t have more amazing reviews because they were truly so easy and friendly to work with. My sister and her husband also purchased a townhome from FV and were very happy with their home. When we first moved in, we saw the other builder, Marcello on a regular basis coming around the neighbourhood and he would always ask if we needed anything and if everything was okay. Whenever someone would come to our house to fix something, they’d always talk very highly about their employers. You don’t hear that everyday! We are extremely happy with the home and the services we received.. and our home went up drastically in one year. So if you’re thinking of buying a home from them, don’t rely on a review, go in and talk to them yourself. I guarantee you’ll be extremely satisfied!
R	Real Estate Broker Tahir Mangatt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This builder is the worst builder I have ever dealt with. I’m Top producer Broker and do at least 50-100 deals a year. He deceived my clients by not giving their house to them and stolen their money. House was at least $300k expensive from the date it was booked. He delayed 3 times the closing and did the PDI just 2 days before closing and house was not completed as per clients satisfactions and when I called him to complain he yelled at me and use abusive words. Then clients mortgage got delayed and only 24 hours extra were needed on closing date and this builder terminated the agreement and forfeited the deposit and forfeited profits of appreciation in price on the house..!! I would recommend Never buy from This builder…!!

Somethings have been backed ordered and currently still waiting for back door and basement mesh’s to arrived. Few things were missed and not properly set. First view promised to fix and get things finished as soon as possible. Would have given five stars if appliances and AC came with the house too. Overall we love our new home and community happy to meet everyone.
