★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't deal with Umberto. Unprofessional, lacks basic communication skills and not trustworthy. Will say something and then say the opposite, and then complain about how busy he is, never follows through. Don't waste your time and go to another builder.

I am waiting for the builder to resolve my issues... will report back the outcome. She shouldnt be in this job... has bad attitude, is insulting to people and just lies straight through.... anything you say, she says " i have been doing this for 20 years". clearly she still hasnt learnt a thing or 2 about customer service.

A special thank you to Anna Fera and David Di Meo for their time, patience, assistance and for being so understanding and helpful with the numerous changes. Your time and patience has made this experience a positive one which has eliminated so much stress. Truly appreciate what you both have done and continue to do to ensure the end result is nothing less than spectacular. I was told at the beginning that I was in good hands and you have lived up to that. Caliber Homes is a team of high quality professionals who take a hands on approach and work with integrity and as a team to ensure that their clients needs are met. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit **: I had 2 years to reflect on owning this home and overall the quality and the design of the home is much nicer when compared with many other builders. It's a big house and there are many different trades involved so it's understandable that there will be issues on closing but when their customer service is more interested in arguing than to correct the issues is the reason I wrote the original review below. Hopefully they have retrained their after sales customer service. Fortunado was an absolute pleasure to deal with, very professional and friendly.
Absolutely horrendous customer service, ESPECIALLY for homes in this price range. If you see the name "Anna Fera"; document everything, and make sure you get everything in writing. Considering the build quality and other aspects, they are okay. Dealing with "Customer Care" is a nightmare that isn't going anywhere. You have been warned.
