★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called at the number given at websites to ask the procedure of going forward as I already registered with this long back but didn’t hear anything back from them, the person who pick the call was so rude and said so unprofessionally that all property sold out and hang up the phone...so unprofessional and disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I fill up worksheet with few lealtor through or register my self on their website can't get access to buy home ? they don't want deal directly to buyer no appointment available prices soo higher than they said cheap prices house they already sold to inside we don't know under the table deal small town home in future don't dealing with those builders they are worst one forever did not see any builder does like that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Special Thanks to Mario Sallati and Natalie Doyle for trying their level best so I can buy Single home ?????I know people complaining about not getting the house or about their response as I am already living on Gore Road and I know it's one of the top & hot spot in Brampton and to get a new home is like impossible and we were there like all other and it's a Luck and Natalie helped alot in all of my journey of searching and getting a corner lot looked so impossible but you make it possible Thank you again??

We submitted 3 worksheets on DAY 1 & DAY 2. They did not respond to any of our emails. And totally seemed like playing a game with brokers community. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

When called their sales rep on the phone, by far the worst unprofessional person that I had to deal with. Without saying anything, his first sentence "Are you dropping a cheque?"
Stay away from this builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sold most of the homes to realtors and now every few days you see an add crop up for assignment sale but the price is higher by 200k atleast!!! Funnily all of the builders have such wise and heavy words written on their websites while all they care about is money. Hope one day builder monopoly ends and consumer becomes king...again!!!
