H	H J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called first student that's the name of this company I told them that a bus of their own what smokin extremely bad from the exhaust and this bus Parks at school zone where there is lots of kids not adults more kids and some smelling the terrible burning oil and antifreeze from a bad motor on that bus so I called the company to make a complaint against the bus The company had no interest after talking to me they just said yeah I will take care of it this is the third time I called this company and they don't do anything about it so I called 911 and they did something about it they came and put the bus out of work please if you see a bus out there that smoke from the exhaust really bad phone the company I make a complaint if they don't comply with you then you phone 911 thank you and God bless all the kids out there Bus #232554

L	Laura Pilgrim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RUDE STAFF. My children's bus driver on route 340 really has no business driving a bus full of kids. Short with the kids and always shows up early and scolds them for not being there early for her. But when she's a half hour late, they just have to suck it up.

Not only was I forced to slam on my brakes, forcing the guy behind me to slam on his and block traffic, but the 3 vehicles coming the other direction while one of your drivers attempted to turn left in front of us all.... I was forced to watch it with children on the bus and my own child in my vehicle. When I laid on my horn I also got the bird! You are a professional school bus DRIVER so act like it! We have never had any problems with the morning bus driver, other than being occasionally behind, which can be expected due to traffic and other conditions. Any reasonable person knows this. The afternoon driver on the other hand is a huge liabilty. All parents have access to the bus schedule through the ECSB web portal which gives the arrival time for the bus. The afternoon driver, named Felix, has decided he will make up his own special schedule just for him! First it was Thursdays, which I tried to accomodate. Then he started showing up at a different times on other days of the week, and if I wasn't there according to his schedule, not the actual bus schedule, I could expect to receive a phone call with him swearing in broken english. On one occasion my 5 year old son was waiting at the door - Felix let him off of the bus unsupervised on a busy downtown street! This hothead swears in front of the children on the bus any time he gets frustrated with not getting his own way. I've contacted the school numerous times regarding this individual and they've tried to follow up through thier transportation department and with First Student to no avail. They've basically told me that they have a hard time finding bus drivers. This guy is a lawsuit waiting to happen, especially his willingness to leave kids unattended, and First Student needs to take appropriate measures to reign this guy in and make it clear that he works for them and the school boards, not the other way around.

If you put your child's life in someone else's hands then you run a high risk of them know being harmed . My parents put us in a dayhome before and after school care and they abused the three of us. Mom almost incriminated herself she wanted to hurt the lady but didn't. Mom never worked again stayed as stay at home mom and never trusted anyone again.Daycares and school buses are very questionable and should be under constant supervision by their company. To many people screwed up
E	Edmonton Stupid Drivers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a bus driver, driving a school bus on 97 st and 107A Ave intersection, Edmonton, Alberta, driving recklessly and unsafely running a red-light arrow at 2:42 PM on Tuesday, Oct. 06, 2020. The driver ran a red arrow and blocked the intersection facing the oncoming traffic risking the students on board. Bus info: 711 091184 Plate# G-72577
