They were very responsive once my call was to the insurance company. They work as a team and dispatch the project manager initially who oversees the project. We had several teams that came out in several occasions and performed whatever was necessary including bringing in large fans and dehumidifiers. They ensured we followed covid protocol and they kept the place safe and clean during the whole process. They did respond to any questions we had professionally. Emails were forwarded to us and any follow up calls we made were responded promptly. Harry

We have heard great things from others who have worked with Joe as project manager and his colleagues from this company, and we could not be more happy that we have chosen to move forward with Joe and First OnSite. Everyone we have dealt with has been extremely helpful in every aspect. Joe has been responsive to answering all our questions and updating us every step of the way. After 5 months of restoration services provided by First On Site (condo flooded affecting 100% of floors and some ceilings, drywall etc) I finally moved back home to the following list of issues. Note that my kitchen was fully renovated and floors redone a year and a half ago so it was all in tip top shape not too long ago. - dishwasher does not turn on - Kick board under bathroom cabinet missing * not sure why the cabinet was marked for removal when clearly we can see with the missing kick board that there is no flooring underneath it. In the process of them trying to remove it and failing they destroyed the sink, backsplash, and caused a water pressure issue to the sink. What is even more confusing and disappointing is that the tv stand area and kitchen pantry were marked for removal and were never removed, and there is flooring under both of those, so was the issue ever even resolved, is there mold? I can also add that when my previous floor was installed 1.5 years ago both those items were easily removed to install the floor underneath. - Fridge mold and smell still present, I mentioned to the cleaners that it was unplugged (not by me, but by someone working onsite at some point) for days? Weeks? months? with food inside and they did the best they could - Light in 2nd bedroom was missing and therefore not installed - Alarm 2nd bedroom ceiling cover not installed - Issues with all 2 closet doors. Not installed / doesn't stay closed - Alarm cable cut in living room - repair required and testing by alarm company - Lazy susan - broken / missing piece? - bass guitar - fret popped out, fretboard cracked around popped out fret, - sliding door security bar broken - 1 Heater broken - toilet tank was leaking then plumber tightened it very tight to resolve, it should have some give to account for possible pressure which will now cause it to break -Water pressure in bathroom sink tap low, might be missing end piece nozzle -step by both sliding doors damaged / scratched heavily - - kitchen high black counter is now worn and faded. There was a note with my contact info taped to the counter for the majority of the 5 months of restoration, you can see how the counter was underneath where the tape was,vs how the rest of is now - Vacuum physically broken - dishwasher door is unable to open as it hits the stove - Caulking required between kitchen counter and wall to the right of the sink, front edge

Everyone was caring and wonderful during our difficult time. They made all the calls for us, arranged everything and just let us know when people were showing up to do work! We were so stressed out when our home flooded and they calmed us down and took care of everything.

All the people involved in our case have been very polite and professional and always ensured that the job was done correctly and always ready to amend whatever was necessary. I want to congratulate Ryan Yau, the Project Manager, for a fantastic job and for directing his team whenever and wherever necessary. I also want to commend George Yim who is always ready to help and promptly answer our questions. Your company does have a knack for choosing good professionals and, of course, I witnessed this firsthand.

I have nothing but positive things to say about First ONSITE, I called in a panic at 3 in the morning with water coming into our basement. They arrived quickly and worked quietly and efficiently. They have been responsive and helpful every step of the way. The other nice thing is they work directly with my insurance company so all of the repairs and approvals have been very hands off for me. They have a great staff and I will definitely use them again given the same situation.
