★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank does not even deserve a 1 star in its rating. It is not a bank that treats people with respect and dignity. It is fraught with employee turnover that attests to its mistreatment of individuals that initially want to work here. I would not recommend anyone doing business here. And I am a First Nation person strongly connected within the Aboriginal community!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Opened account. Informed clerk I was a heavy ATM and Interac user and was looking for an appropriate account. Later, I got my first bank statement which was over $100 in extra fees. The teller had set me up with an account that charged a dollar for each transaction!! The totally wrong account. I went to branch and met with manager. She apologized and offered me $50 off the extra $100 in fees I didn’t accept or expect. I closed my account. Furious.
Now FN Bank have damaged my credit by pursuing collection to recover the fees from the tellers error. Stay away from this awful bank. They are incompetent and would rather wreck your credit than take responsibility for their error.
Oh and to take the cake, the manager forwarded the whole clerk error to collections and didn’t discount it by $50 as she had promised.
