Communication with the company was clear and prompt, delivery was fast and free, I am very happy with both the product and my interactions with the company. First Defence will be my personal and professional source of face masks for as long as we need them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find the masks are pretty good. I like that they are Canadian made and the quality and price are good. However, I find them to be a little small. They don't cover my chin and nose very well and I have a small-medium face. Because I usually wear glasses, I need the nose piece to be quite high on my nose to prevent fogging which means the bottom part of the mask barely covers my chin ie I can't fully open my jaw without the mask rising up my face. I might go back to my previous mask brand after I use these up.

They are extremely comfortable and offer the protection that is so important these days. Ordering our masks was a breeze and the shipment was delivered that day. We also love the fact that we’re supporting local business. I got the pleasure of personally dealing with the owners. Their customer service was incredible. I highly recommend using First Defence Face Masks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We learned of First Defence while watching the local news in Calgary. We supply these masks for our staff and those visiting our facility to keep everyone safe and business still running. I have to say they blew the service out of the water, with Order placed very simply on their web Saturday from a cell phone, to the order arriving at our office with a Hand Written Thank You note for supporting local. Great experience and great quality as we upgraded to the 100% Canadian Made Product with the extra filter layer and quality seems far superior to any Imported product we have experienced. I would totally continue supporting them both personally and for my business and encourage anyone else to do it as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered the First Defence Face Masks that are locally made in Calgary for our business (ASTM Level 3 masks). We had previously been using other medical grade masks. Our staff find the First Defence masks more comfortable to wear, and they don't have the odor that many disposable masks have. Customer service has been top notch. All my inquiries were addressed very quickly, and delivery of the masks once ordered was very fast (within a few days). I would strongly recommend First Defence's locally made medical grade masks!
