★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received a random call from them today saying that they are offering 50% off on their windows and doors in my area. I didn't provide them my number anywhere, not sure how they got it. When someone is offering a 50% off I think either the product is of lower quality or they have marked their price up by 100% to give that 50% off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought windows for my entire house , about 12 in all. The invoice said 'lifetime' warranty .
6 years later one window had moisture in between the panes no matter the time of the year.
I called the company and the person on the phone wanted nothing to do with me once I told him of the problem. He wanted to replace the window at a charge or he would do it for free if I bought more windows. But I have no more windows to replace.
He became very agitated when I persisted that there is supposed to be a lifetime waranty on the window. Needless to say I will not do business with this company nor would I recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never write reviews but I had to warn anyone looking at this company to avoid it at all costs. Once they get your money and are done installing, you will never hear from them or see them again meaning all this lifetime warranty is false information. plus, i finished installing windows with them a couple of months ago and there were some wrong parts for the window framing they needed to replace. They took the old part as to bring a new one the next day but months later and i have not heard back from them. They took the money and ran away so to speak
I would pay more and go with a reliable company

Not only did they take the time to help me make an informed decision on what my home needed in terms of windows but they gave me the best price out of the 8 other estimates I got. The installation was mess free and the installers worked efficiently. Overall had a great experience working with First Choice Windows and Doors and still love my new windows. Would absolutely recommend.
