Hairdresser did not know what she was doing I was upset there and very angry at home. If yr running a processional place yr people need to have the courtesy if you do not know the cut speak and do not touch hair....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a trim and came out with about 6 inches gone!!! Woman was so busy talking about herself that she wasn't focused. It will take me about 7 months to grow back my hair. We even set a benchmark length but she just kept cutting! While I made my feelings known I didn't want to cause a problem as there were three children in the salon and their stylists seemed competent and I didnt want them scared. When I left I saw how much was really taken off and was horrified. Yes, its hair and it grows back, but I will NEVER go back there. I should have refused to pay but again didn't want to upset the kids.???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my haircut here twice. Service unsatisfactorily made. One staff (the one with hair colour) is very rude and unfriendly. I am unsatisfied with the service they provided. They don't do a clean simple haircut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recieved the worst haircut i have ever had. Quite literally. Uneven, terrible fade. Unfortunately need another haircut now to try to fix what was ruined. Should be noted the lady was taking a ridiculously long time cutting off millimeters while talking to herself seemingly to get to the end of her shift without having to do any additional haircuts. Wanted to shoot myself after crossing the 45 minute mark.
