C	Chelsie Young on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am shocked at how rude the daycare workers were to me since day one. My child has only attended 2 weeks out of the 6 weeks he was approved. I told them this was the worst daycare my child has ever been in and the daycare worker chased after me just to threaten to call child and family services. An incident the Thursday before, i go to pick up my child from daycare, he and other children were playing in the halls. I go to grab his jacket from his locker, turn around and he is gone. He ran out the front door right in front of them and they insisted that he was still inside. While i wasted that 5-10minutes searching for him inside, he was outside on the street. I called daycare accreditation and they are going to investigate. I pulled my son out immediately. This is unacceptable. I have a few more complaints but the bottom line is "this is the worst daycare my child has ever been in". Watch your child and the staff very closely if you choose this daycare. They did not even have a clue why my child had a gash beside his eye. They just noticed that his face was bleeding!! Awful and absolutely rude
J	Jude Nida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am quite shocked to read all the reviews because my experience with FirstChoice Daycare was nothing but pleasant! My daughter went here for a whole year. We didn't have any problems at all. Initially I had some difficulty with the staff in the baby room as some weren't very fluent in English but they turned over all their staff and every one new that came in was excellent. My daughter loved being there and she talked about all her teachers. Her teachers in the toddler/pre school room were very nice,warm and friendly they helped with potty training and kept me updated on her progress. Also her portfolio was up to date with development assessments. Her teachers also knew her likes and dislikes and really encouraged her. I will definitely recommend this day care.

They put so much time and effort into the kids , my daughter was so scared to be away from me at first and again returning after the covid outbreak started , they knew exactly how to help her and make her comfortable! She has formed some amazing bonds with friends and staff, somedays she would rather stay with her friends and play longer, somedays they take the time to braid her hair when she wont let me. Amazing team and so much compassion, excited to see everyone back once it's safe to do so.
