They have a trustworthy, courteous and hardworking group of craftsman. The end was everything and more than I was hoping for. While they were not the cheapest pricewise, the cost is worth it in the end. You made my family very happy and proud of our new kitchen. Thank you!‎

Throughout the project they did what they said they would, when they said they would. Communication with Max was excellent - he was always available and helpful. Each person Max brought in was committed to quality work. They offered their advice when asked, but were also respectful of my opinions. They were organized and clean and got me back home as soon as they could. All around an excellent experience.

The work was both large scale and detailed from full infrastructure of demolition, insulation, windows, doors, floors, ventilation, plumbing, electrical, painting and working with an architect and the City permits. In addition there are meetings every day to review work completed, work questions and work planning. I have relied on FCC since 2009 and the owner/operator remains consistent along with the rest of his company. With confidence, I recommend First Canadian Construction.
h	hassan kahe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired FCC group to renovate washrooms/kitchen and garage at our house. Unfortunately, there were deficiencies left that required remediation. Some were attended however some remained . It was disappointing since completed work was still under warranty when we made service calls( for some, we were even advised that there were life time warranty ), yet contractor either gave schedule which was never met or did not even respond to our numerus calls in regards to issues we were experiencing with renovated area. Unfortunately, before getting the projects, contractor was very responsive and assuring that in case of any warranty issues, it will be taken care of it right away. However after the work was done, quality and warranty services that was promised were never met. I strongly suggest before finishing any projects, make sure to conduct detailed inspection . Since once project is completed, it is hard to schedule and get a hold of team for any warranty/deficient work.

It sounded a little too good to be true but now that the project is done, we can honestly say that we are incredibly thankful to have met this fine gentleman and his crew. They built our dream kitchen and stayed within the quoted time and budget. They showed up on time every day, and did not leave until they got their many tasks for the day completed. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day and were always very courteous and respectful to us and treated our home with care. Mike was always available in person, by phone, or by text message for our questions and new project requests— even into the evenings and weekends. This is very rare for contractors. He made us feel like we were his only customer, despite leading many projects across the GTA at the same time. Highly recommended and thank you Mike and team!!!
