They are very knowledgeable and the customer service is impeccable. They always have a lage, diverse inventory of products to choose from, anything you need they have. Very clean spacious location too. My favorite thing about this spot is definitely the lovely human beings working, always inviting and helpful. Ooooo They also always have treats on hand for my dog, I think she may even like going here more than I do! Stay gold guys!

They've always got smiles on their faces and are always happy to assist you. You can clearly tell the staff enjoys their job and take pride in their work. I would recommend this dispensary to everyone in Toronto!

Staff could be more personable and if you expect to keep up with the competition you need to increase your hours/have better promotions. Tokyo smoke and the new shop on Jarvis is open till 10pm. Would be nice if you closed late as well especially since you open late compared to other shops.
