Everytime I go my order is wrong or I am charged incorrectly. Sick of having to go back explain and get it sorted. Latest one they gave me some cheap pre rolls instead of the flower I had ordered. Before then it was oops you got a gram and not your 1/4 because they look the same. But sorry you have to wait for the manager who is not here today can you come back another day. Seriously it's not how you treat your customers. I I only come back because one of your staff goes the extra mile to say sorry and try her best to fix it

Staffs are so friendly and nice!! But I ordered my pre rolls here and got disappointed about it. When my friends and I smoked it half of it is just papers. Half of it just stopped burning when we were smoking it. I hope they see this. Life is so stressful and the weed I bought made me more stress. ???

Tokyo Smoke is very EXPENSIVE. I can get the same weed for half the price at Meta Cafe at 79 Front Street 5 minutes away from Tokyo Smoke on King St East. Meta Cafe is located right beside the Farmer's Market and there is an LCBO one door down. Plus way better selection. Hope that helps!! Take Care ? ??????????????????

This location is absolutely amazing. I’ve been going to this location since it opened and I can’t stop. I walk past so many dispensaries, and I refuse to go into any other place than this one. I do t care… rain or snow, I’m there. I’ve had 3 rotator cuff surgeries and recently had two strokes with a stent put in place. Tokyo smoke has been there for me every step of the way. Thank you. Thank you and again thank you. I would recommend anyone just to walk in this place.. you will know what I mean. Such a friendly and positive environment and the people who work there are amazing. Very well informed and educational. I went in today and they had my favourite donut… I couldn’t believe it! I got my oil and a donut for $10.00 I couldn’t be happier. Thank you again

The staff here are really amazing. Glenn, Isabelle, Zain and Claire do an amazing job at representing the brand. Glenn has never failed me when called to arms. This unsung hero of justice always advises me of promotions and discounts, using his cape of savings to protect me before I swipe my card . Be direct about your price range, experience with weed and he has a product for you. In terms of strain recommendations, Glenn provides a Gordon Ramsey like experience that can only be explained by a question ' Do you remember the first time you realized you had a favorite dish?''. If you do then you know what you are in for. If you don't then Glenn has the strain to remind you. I’ve been going to Tokyo Smoke since pretty much the inception of the legalization of marijuana... I am 45 and bi-polar... so I’m not an easy person to deal with! Every single visit to this (and your Yonge st store) has been super wonderful! This last one however was the best! Claire and Stewart made me feel like family. They listened to my needs and really cared about what I was going through. They both went above and beyond to make sure I left your store happy and satisfied. In this strange and crazy world, it’s so rare to find that level of outstanding customer service! Thank you!!!
