He takes time to make sure you are happy with what you decide and the installation service is excellent too. They are good value blinds, we had received a quote which was three times the price from another company, for more expensive options but even taking that into account, Finishing Touch is way better value. One of the blinds had an issue at installation and Tom resloved very quickly without us even having to mention it.
