While lollygaggin’ around Victoria’s Fisherman’s Warf you absolutely MUST stop into Finest at Sea for a much-longer than “quick bite.” Although seafood is served hot, fresh and quick you’ll want to linger over it’s incredible taste & quality. I’d totally rest my reputation on the Sockeye Fish & Chips! Get the overly generous two piece, eat one and take the other half home for another generous meal. It brings fish & chips to a whole ‘nother planetary level! While there check out the fish monger’s shop for the smoked mackerel and octopus salad. It rivals the famed Spanish Pulpo de Galicia for which the Northern Iberian peninsula is most famous. One patron religiously savors the chowder special on a daily basis. We missed that window of opportunity. However, we will be back as the first order of business off the Port Angeles ferry!

Had the very best fish and chips I have ever tasted tonight! The fries were light, super crispy and fluffy on the inside. The fish was huge, thick, crispy and extremely juicy!! It went perfectly with the finger licking good dill tartar sauce!!! Absolutely delicious!!! It's a must try!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Seafood Chowder is quite tasty but stay away from it if you are on a sodium restrictive diet. Too salty for my liking. Sorry.

The market here is great, nice selection, live crabs in the back, fresh and big cuts. Market is in the back and a little restaurant/food truck in the front.

Stopped by for a quick bite while biking by. The food truck is nicely situated and had seating by the street. I had the salmon sandwich on a bun. It was good but small. I should have added some chips or something. Missing something to round it out. Missing salt. Pickle and onion added some crunch. Didn’t like seeing the cooks working on the food they are preparing all maskless. This is not the norm in places I’ve been lately. Maybe due to heat but I expect this at a minimum. Tourist level pricing for the portion size but given the location that is to be expected. Having free water jug and paper cups is nice but some just walking by we’re helping themselves and too much cross contamination for my comfort level.

Finest At Sea have their own fleet of fishing boats, so their seafood are fresh. We bought halibut, wild salmon, octopus salad and seafood chowder, all seems to be of good quality.

The fish chips are very good here. Better than in the wharf I must say. Try it out if you in the neighborhood. Can’t go wrong with this place.

Great halibut fish and chips!! The fish was super fresh and tasty, not greasy at all. I didn't feel heavy, or had stomach problems after, like it happens to me sometimes after deep fried fish. And the tartare sauce was delicious, one of the best! Great place with cute outdoors seating but we would have appreciated a warm place to stay because it was really cold to lunch outside
