Do yourself a favour when listing your home. Speak with Filipe and Isabel first. Words cannot describe my gratitude for Filipe and Isabelle's guidance and hard work on the sale of my property. If I could give them a 7/5 I would! I first learned about Filipe when he helped my brother buy a house some 15 years ago. Last year, he and Isabel helped my parents and I was so impressed that I had to sell my rental with them. She is so level headed that it's impossible not to see her side. On offer night we received 10 offers. The home went well over asking. Filipe and Isabel once again priced the property at a reasonable starting point. Their recommendations made the house turnkey and very appealing for many buyer types. We are now awaiting closing.
