★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très déçue de cette entreprise avec laquelle je faisais affaire depuis 2008. Mon réservoir était pratiquement vide le 31 janvier. Je leur ai fait 3 appels en 10 jours, pour me faire répéter, chaque fois "on envoie à la repartition, pour un remplissage le plus tôt possible". J'attends toujours. Un appel aux compétiteurs, et tous me garantissent une livraison le lendemain. J'ai annulé la commande de Petroles Dupont et changé de fournisseur.
 Very disappointed with this company with which I had been doing business since 2008. My tank was practically empty on January 31. I made them 3 calls in 10 days, to be repeated, each time "we send to the distribution, for a filling as soon as possible". I'm still waiting. A call to the competitors, and all of them guarantee me next day delivery. I canceled the Petroles Dupont order and changed supplier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le service "automatique" qui permettrait de ne plus se soucier du manque de mazout est une arnaque. On a appellé quand on était au quart, pour se faire dire qu'ils passeront, puis rappellé une fois au E, pour se faire dire que si on en manque on devra payer 100$ de frais d'urgence. Le samedi on en manquait, malgré notre inscription à la livraison automatique, ils ont dit qu'ils passaient dans la journée mais c'était faux encore une fois.
On a du aller ailleurs, car il fait -30 et après une semaine d'appels (que nous ne sommes pas supposé faire!) et de promesses, ils nous ignorent et veulent nous charger leur négligence (la dernière visite était en novembre et on est fin janvier...)
The "automatic" service that would make it possible to no longer worry about the lack of oil is a scam. We called when we were on watch, to be told they'd come through, then called back once at E, to be told that if we run out we'll have to pay a $100 emergency fee. On Saturday we ran out, despite our registration for automatic delivery, they said they were going during the day but that was wrong again.
We had to go somewhere else, because it's -30 and after a week of calls (which we're not supposed to do!) and promises, they ignore us and want to blame us for their negligence (the last visit was in November and we is at the end of January...)
