★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were supposed to come to my house to look at my water heater between 10am-12pm. 1pm came around and hadn’t heard from them at all. I tried calling them but no answer. My landlord (also sister) called and told them to contact me. Finally at 1:45 they called me saying “we called you this morning to confirm the appointment but had no answer, so we moved on to the next job”. They in fact never called me to confirm said appointment. My brother-in-law (also my landlord) called them to ask them what was going on. They tried to place the blame on me saying I never answered the phone call in the AM, so they didn’t show up. My brother-in-law let them know that me (the tenant) is related to them, and he has proof that they never tried to contact me. Being confronted with this information, they told him that it was easier to try to put the blame on the tenant instead of admitting that they messed up. Insanely unprofessional, and ridiculous that they tried to blame me and only confessed to the mess up when they knew that we were related.

Being a smaller business with less overhead, I believe I got a great price replacing my hot water tank. Marcus was polite, professional and had the jobs completed within a couple of hours. He was efficient and carried out the tasks extremely well. Will definitely be using Solutions in the future for our plumbing needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy to share a review of their plumbing service. We had a clogged bathroom drain and I tried to take off the trap under the sink and the pipe basically crumpled and fell apart. Solutions Plumbing was able to come out the next day and replace the pipe, and fix the clog (which was further down the line). Fast and friendly and affordable. Highly recommend.
