Staff is very rude and for the price im paying per month of over 100-200$ you would expect better service from these clowns. I'm the only idiot in my group of friends and family with Fido and I'm thinking of just closing my account after the service I got here.

I honestly don't like Fido... We came here because we had no choice... The salesperson... I don't want to mention names but his name begins with "Ste" and it ends on "fan"... Was the most unhappy salesman I've ever seen... No expression on his face, no smile... Honestly I had the impression that I was bothering him! he couldn't give me a straight answer to my questions. As I said, we had no choice but to come here. I we have a choice... Go anywhere buy here.

Let me start by saying that Jean-Nicolas is the best salesman ever ! First of all he was extremely patient and Kind I went from a iPhone 7+ to a iPhone 11 the technology changed so much so I had more than 1000 questions. He took the time to explain everything to me more than once and I truly appreciate that because now I have a new phone and I know how to use It fully ! The proses wasn’t long because he made good conversation with me and my boyfriend overall the experience I had at this place with him was excellent. if you’re looking for a new phone go to this Fido and ask for JEAN-NICOLAS

First of all, I had the worst customer service ever and I was served by Fatima and I told the manager I did not want to be served by her anymore, and she came back to disrespect me and act in an unprofessional matter I dont get whats not clear in I dont want to talk to you and her manager was there seing it and did nothing. I was very polite I was not being agressive at all because I treat humans properly and she mentionned she was there for 5 years meaning she can just deal with the clients unprofessionally because of her years at fido. Second of all, she uses her cellphone between passing clients and she has acces to all my personal information as well as other clients information. And the manager telling me he cant process my transaction to avoid fraud which is completely in contradiction with allowing your employees to use their cellphones while having our information under their hands.She started using slang language with me as if this was a high school fight. She also comes up to me telling me she knows what I said to my sister in our native language and she translated it wrong clearly because we speak different dialects. If this is the kind of employee fido hires then their customers are juste going to lose trust in them and switch to the competitor. We have been with them for years all our lines are with them and because of this service and lack of trust will be switching to another company.

I had to replace my sons phone today after he accidentally dropped it to its demise. Oh well he had it for 4 years, he was probably due. I went to the boutique and was pleasantly greeted by Bilel, who took his time to understand our needs and explain all the current promotions. He was not pushing anything on us and it was pleasant he was able to cater to all our requests, even to put the screen protector on for us with such great care and precision. Fully satisfied with the great promotion on my sons new phone, I wanted to write a review as I highly recommend that anyone going here ask for Bilel due to his excellent service. In an age where people seem to not care, seeing his service and commitment was a breath of fresh air - 5 star!
