I sincerely regret changing over to fido from my former network. I went to the store to buy a sim for my son on my former network when the sale agent introduced me to Fido which I reluctantly moved my daughter and son's network to. Fido is charging me over $200 for what the sale agent told me I'm not to pay for.. I have paid my required service charge monthly as at when due . Now, Fido have cut me off completely from making and receiving calls. Messing my job up.. Fido is a fraud. A big fraud I am crying here. My job is on the line here.

Loyalty means nothing to Fido. Should have figured it out when they stated they will charge you to talk to a customer service representative when the issue could be resolved on line. Loyalty department just means customer service rep. Anyone can get that job. I would have gave them 0 stars but I can't post with 0 stars

My wifi is not working for more than 36 hours . Today your technician from rogers came and told us that i am from rogers and I will not do anything for you as fido is a third party . My address is 22 Novella Pl, Brampton ON L6S 5X1 . I want to file a complaint against him as rogers and fido have same technicians and network provider then why he refused to do our work?? I don’t know his name but he came to 22 novella pl brampton Ontario today (13/9/2021) in the afternoon

Fido was a wonderful service provider for many years until they stuck me with a new broken phone (1 month old) but because it was outside of the 15 day policy I'm on the hook. I might add that the phone was dropped at a neighbour's house, without a signature, out in the rain all day - AND I reported it. Still they make me feel like I done something wrong. Not nice, not fair at all. I question the ethics of this company - buyer beware. I wish I could give this company a zero but based on the reviews, so do a lot of you. I had no idea, obviously you pay for what you get..

Having them answer to the call takes forever. They provide online chat service which supposed to be helpful but the service provider named Karanbir wasted my time more that 40 mins with ZERO solution for my request. Extremely poor customer service!!!!

Definitely contacting CRTC! Not surprising they have less then two stars lol after 10 years and multiple referrals it’s an amazing feeling to no longer be doing business with Robbers. Customer service 0, convenience 0, trying to screw you over for your hard earned money 10/10. Had problems before but never wrote a review but Rubina and her incompetent employee from Fido convinced me otherwise. Me getting a bill that’s three times what I usually pay is apparently my fault. Been paying on time and never asked for any special treatment but still it’s on me somehow. Was on the phone for an hour (spent 5 mins speaking the rest of the time I was on hold). Very disappointed tip be ending 10 years with a company like this. Just an FYI if you have an unhappy customer it would be beneficial for your company to actually have good customer service maybe you wouldn’t have such low reviews. And for the consumers do your research there’s so many phone companies with way better reviews and better plans. Your money will be put to better use else where. I rather have a not in service phone then continue this nightmare rogers is putting me through.

Ordered new apple phone 12 mini 64 gb. Auto cancel by fido as Apple discontinued. No intimation to me thru phone or email. Called fido and was kept on hold 14 minutes and call hanged up by rep. No call back. Service quality is below average.

Customer care told they connected to office of president to solve my issue. There is no way to contact office of president and they are not calling back. Customer care saying they don’t have any contact to office of president. They are playing, I’m waiting for more than 10 days to solve an issue. Now I’m paying bill for a brand new DEFECTED PHONE.
