I went to the store to change my phone.
She explained everything very clearly and went through the details of the new contract step by step and made sure I understood what I was signing.
Moreover, she helped me set up my new phone.
While I was in the store, the phone rang a couple of times and she did not answer it, because her policy is to give all her attention to the person she is dealing with at the time. I feel deeply grateful and impressed.
Not only is she very knowledgeable about the products and services, but she is also extremely polite and professional.
If I could give my experience more than five stars, I would.
