I should give ZERO star, If I could. Very unprofessional, rude and impolite store manager. I have been FIDO customer since long time ago. ZERO customer service.

Went in because I wanted to upgrade my phone and plan because of a promo I saw on the website. Employee was extremely rude. I ended up leaving and completed my upgrade through the website.

Absolutely useless staff who for every single one of my questions referred me to their customer service number. I am regretting having Fido as my cell phone provider. Will leave as soon as I have a chance

I was trying to renew my plan and getting an iPhone SE 128GB. The lady told me they don't have it in stock and neither can she order for me online. Basically the only choice I have is to get an 64 GB from them. I ended up calling fido and ordered a 128GB on phone. Feels like the store is just trying to sell off their backlogged old phones.

Very impolite, unprofessional and rude service. Keep interrupting me while I haven't finished explaining my situation and my problem. And they told me they cannot help me and ask me to call online customer service. But when I call the online customer service, I was told I can definitely get it done in a store. I will not recommend it to anyone.

Useless staffs, lazy ,impolite, and super rude staffs . We about to add one more line in the account and the lady named Tracy was so rude to us. If you are not happy then don't come to work. They seems like they don't understand their job .So bad experience at the store

The worst company ever shame on you, value your customer's reviews, 90 % poor review. open your eyes, dont just aim at making money, give value to your customers who pay your bills. The worst company ever, two times I was ditched by the company, once the company charged extra for moving from the chatter in which I was invited by fido, and promised that there won't be any charges, but when the bill came, I was billed for accepting their offer. the second time I was promised to get a handset, and I went to the kiosk, as per the company direction, and I was fooled.inspite of me having the name of the representative I spoke to and the reference number, all that the company wanted to say was BIG SORRY, which gave me nothing in return. HOPE SOMEONE RESPONSIBLE FROM FIDO SEE THIS and respond.
