Super service and competent and friendly installers. Found a way to fix my balcony problem affordably. I recommend them 100%! However, book them in advance because they are victims of their success and good service;)

Do not contact if you are looking for several opinions. Not being a regular in the construction industry, I was looking for more support and advice than someone to teach me. I had to deal with the owner who offered me unacceptable customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cette personne est venue pour soumissionner chez moi avec son fils qui semblait plus sympathique que lui. Il a refuse de faire l'ouvrage de façon très cavaliere et hautaine. Je comprends qu'il refuse mais il faut le faire décemment. Je pense que les gens qui feront affaire avec lui devront faire attention, le genre de personne complexé a qui il ne faut rien dire.Vraiment un personnage désagréable.
This person came to bid at my house with his son who seemed nicer than him. He refused to do the work in a very cavalier and haughty manner. I understand that he refuses but it must be done decently. I think the people who do business with him will have to be careful, the kind of self-conscious person who shouldn't be said anything, really a nasty character.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je viens d’être témoins d’un des travailleurs qui a été extrêmement irrespectueux envers la dame habitant le logement sur lequel ils travaillent et ce, sans raison valable. Ils font sans doute un bon travaille mais traiter les gens de “bs” et leur dire de “ changer d’air” alors qu’ils vous posent de simples questions, ça ne se fait pas.
I just witnessed one of the workers who was extremely disrespectful to the lady living in the accommodation they work for, without good reason. They’re probably doing a good job, but treating people like “bs” and telling them to “change the air” when they ask you simple questions, it doesn’t happen.

Arrogant, dommage car ils avaient fait une belle job sur un travail à l'automne et malheureusement ils n'ont pas besoin de petits contrats de 2000$ donc nous ne sommes pas la priorité et les délais mentionnés du départ ne tiennent plus la route quand il est temps d'avoir une date d'installation. Nous avons annulé notre contrat et nous nous sommes chicané au téléphone.
Extremely disagreeable person, Mr. Lacasse. Arrogant, too bad because they had done a good job on a job in the fall and unfortunately they do not need small contracts of 2000 $ so we are not the priority and the mentioned deadlines of departure no longer hold water when it's time to have an install date. We canceled our contract and argued over the phone.
