Staff was very overwhelmed , they don’t seem to have been properly trained by management, who was not there. I asked for a refund, nobody in house knew how to process it, I left without refund , still waiting for their contact , that never happened. The cashier was offering to have her personally e-transfer my refund, I refused , this is management’s fault, Don’t bother coming here . Find somewhere else to eat. I was contacted by owner 4 days, 1 day later after I left this comment. He apologized and refunded me , Wonder if he would have called have I not left a bad review.

She was swamped and despite that made us two delicious pizzas, and it didn’t even take too much time. Hope you’re getting compensated enough, friend!

We got bacon as an extra on all of them but we were disappointed that they don’t use the same type of bacon anymore, plus our pizzas bacon was all raw. They did cook us new bacon but by that time we already ate most of our pizzas. I wish they didn’t mess with what’s not broken we all loved the old style bacon.

P	Pamela O'Neill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really wanted to love this place. This past Thursday, we ordered 3 pizzas in total. One of our pizzas was pretty good, great charred crust, 3 toppings. The others, the Hawaiian and another with 3 toppigs were so wet and soggy that the dough fell apart while plating. I don't mind a very thin pizza falling apart per se but it was too mushy to enjoy. I did reach out immediately to the restaurant through their Facebook messages, the message was viewed but whoever is viewing those chose not to respond.

The healthy toppings along with the delicious thin crust really makes for the best tasting pizza in Ottawa. The staff were very welcoming and friendly as well. And we ate out on their cute patio which we both very much enjoyed. It feels so great to support a local business like this!
