Dr. Miron has helped us in ways that I can hardly put into words. After years of suffering with infertility, he was able to properly diagnose me with PCOS and a thyroid disorder, when no other doctor did. He's always available to answer questions regardless how long it takes, even on a Sunday. Always respect the appointments and on time. He’s highly knowledgeable, born to be a Doctor. We are 12 weeks pregnant with our miracle baby following an insemination treatment done at Fertilys. We are also going with Fertilys for the prenatal tests. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all your help, and knowledge Dr. Miron. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a horrible experience with this clinic. They are in it for the money and couldn't care less about the individual patient. Every time they made a mistake (like cancelling my fertility cycle after I already started my meds because the accepted too many patients), they blamed me and told me i was entitled and rude. I am appalled at how they treated me and will never go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not the one who usually writes bad reviews ,however I have to share my experience with this clinic.A little bit of background on my story. My husband and I have been together for a while and we have a child which conceived through IUI in a different clinic.The infertility problems are mostly from my partners side as for me I am a 33 year old with no known or major fertility problems.So in brief I scheduled an appointment in this clinic,everything seems fine the place is beautiful and modern the staff are nice ,not as difficult to get an appointment as other fertility clinics in Montreal.However when it came to results I got nothing ,after wasting a year and a half and unsuccessful 3 iui s ,I was made believe by Dr Chow I am not fertile enough ,that i am old and my only option is IVF .I felt somthing was wrong with the scheduling the insemination followed by my induction .
After the 3rd failed attempt at fertilys,instead of giving up or going with their suggested IVF . I took an appointment at my original clinic and after 2nd trial of IUI, here I am pregnant with twins !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoke to the receptionist in early spring 2021, and they told me for new patients it’s a bit of a wait but nonetheless gave me a telephone appointment for August (with specific time, date and Dr’s name). Come the day of my appointment, no one calls me. I call the clinic and they say that they don’t have an appointment under my name in the system and that I’m on their waiting list for 2022!
I can understand that you don’t have spots now, but then don’t give me an appointment and then never actually book it in the system!
Completely unprofessional on the part of the administration. Very turned off by the way it started. Don’t think that I’ll be waiting for 2022 to see them.
UPDATE:
Following the above, I was contacted by Ana from their administrative department. She was very helpful and understanding and made sure the issue was taken care of. Looking forward to my upcoming consultation with Fertilys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very upset at Pierre Miron Clinique , Lionel Carmant the health minister of quebec was correct when he called you very greedy and selfish, How dare you ask for More Money for an EXPLANATION after a failed IVF cycle !!!!! 2 ivf cycles last 11 months over 17 000$ spent + meds and we don't get a feedback about why the cycle ended poorly ? COME ON PIERRE you should be ashamed of yourself FOR.MAKING PEOPLE GO THREW THIS . never again .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service ever, you send them an email, they will never get back to you, or if they reply to you it’s usually in few days.
If you have an emergency issue and you want a quick response, forget about it.
If you don’t speak French, you will definitely be treated differently.
They never remind you about your appointment.
Even when you are paying more than $10000 they will still make you feel down and that your IVF cycle might not succeed and probably will need egg donation.
You tell them about the anxiety you’re going through, thinking they might show sympathy for you, forget about it…
I am sure a lot of couples went through the same thing I am talking about
