Si vous avez été vaccinés ailleurs qu'a Laval : faites attention. Le réseau de la santé ne se parle pas d'une région a l'autre. For administrative problems concerning proof of vaccination: they are open from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. If you have been vaccinated elsewhere than Laval: be careful. The health network does not speak from one region to another.

Je suis passé tôt le matin pour faire corriger l’erreur sur mes doses et je me suis fait dire de revenir en après midi. Lorsque je reviens pour me dire qu’ils ne peuvent rien faire pour moi puisque je n’ai pas pris mes doses dans leurs succursales. Mais pourquoi l’infirmier du matin m’a dit de revenir avec mes 2 coupons et il le fera la correction. S’il m’avait donné la bonne information, je ne serai pas retourner en après midi à cet endroit car je suis venu de Mirabel. J’aurai du écouter le review précédent de l’homme qui disait de pas perdre son temps la bas. Donc si vous avez été vacciné ailleurs, ils ne peuvent rien faire pour vous malgré vos preuve. ( incenser) They didn't help me at all. The worst part is that I spent the day fixing this problem. I went early in the morning to correct the error on my doses and I was told to come back in the afternoon. When I come back to tell myself that they can't do anything for me since I didn't take my doses in their branches. But why did the morning nurse tell me to come back with my 2 coupons and he will do the correction. If he had given me the right information, I would not be going back to this place in the afternoon because I came from Mirabel. I should have listened to the previous review of the man who said not to waste his time down there. So if you have been vaccinated elsewhere, they cannot do anything for you despite your proof.
