★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was so tasty and FRESH! I would give 5 stars just for that but I did have troubles navigating the store and found it overwhelming as a first time visitor. I was given direction only after asking for it a few times during my visit which was odd considering the group in front of me was instructed where to go without prompting. I will be back and I hope for a more welcoming experience because the food was outstanding and other reviews rave the atmosphere! May have just been an off day :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This a really really great little market and deli. They're sandwiches are made from top quality ingredients, served on fresh buns and are completely delicious. They also have an espresso bar that makes top notch beverages that are better than any franchise out there.
Their market has a great assortment of groceries and everything you would expect to find in a small Italian market. Pastas, sauces, coffee, olives and more. Everything in their deli case is of excellent quality and is always fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just went in for my first time in hopes of finding gluten free items. The staff were beyond helpful in order to answer all my questions. They have a great supply of gluten free food items from pasta, to sauces to pre cooked meals of lasagna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to support a great local business these guys are so amazing and friendly! I buy ingredients for pizza every other week cause they are so conveniently close for my girlfriend and I and the quality is top tier! The folks running this joint are some of the most lovely people I've met and they do one hell of a job at keeping everything they have to an exceptional quality.
I would highly recommend coming here for a convenient meal on the go or take something home and make an exceptionally tasty meal yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I swear the best part about being Italian is that anyone else that you meet who is Italian - instantly feels like family, where you of course, bond over food.
My mom hands down makes the best meatballs & I can honestly say no one has come close to taking that title from her. Other than the famous Scig Meatballs, meatballs at Ferrara's would be the best ones I've tasted thus far. The pizza was delicious, clearly homemade & not at all greasy. Pasta was good & so we're the subs - that’s right, I tried all that in one visit #yolo
I think Ferrara's has turned into my top 5 places for grabbing lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some items are good and it is nice to have a semi-authentic “Italian” Market that sells items which are hard to find at normal grocery stores. That being said, the sandwiches and pre-made foods are horribly overpriced. The “chicken parm” sandwich is a sorry excuse and nowhere near what you would expect. Soggy white chicken on mediocre bread with a measly sprinkle of Parmesan. Quite disappointing. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough about the staff and the quality of the food at the Italian Market. The young woman who helped us was amazing. We were from out of town and they helped us pick a variety of fabulous dishes and found a way for them to be heated. The food was outstanding and there was something for everyone's taste. When we return to Kelowna for a visit we will definitely return for more food from the Italian Market.
