I had two very apprehensive children that refused to go in the pools at the community center (2 full sessions of just splashing their feet) now blossom into swimmers that actually enjoy the water and have built confidence when away with friends or on trips. Now they look forward to one day becoming lifeguards! The staff rocks! They are kind, understanding but above patient and seriously know how to put kids at ease (and moms too). Highly recommended!

No one else could get him to actually enjoy swim class but the staff at Felix's! Besides the very professional and well trained instructors, there are always managers on site who truly care about each child and know them all by name. They track each child's progress and give parents regular updates. This is a well organized place that has the right mindset of getting each child to feel comfortable and safe in the water! Worth every penny!

So I decided to apply them for Felix. After only one season I can see the difference right away. Now after 3 years on and off because of the pandemic. Now my kids swim like a pro?. I would recommend Felix to everybody that wants to learn to swim. Professional and friendly staff ?. Thanks, Felix

We have patiently waited for the school to reopen, in fact we decided to not obtain a refund for prepaid classes when COVID struck in 2020, as we were happy with our sons swimming experience at Felix to date. We reenrolled for swimming in January 2022, the classes were delayed due to to another wave of covid related closures. When classes restarted in February, we were not aware, nor did they follow-up regarding our absence for the first 3 lessons. There are only 6 kids max per instructor - how is it that if a child hasn't attended for 3 lessons, you can't send an email or call to follow-up? When I proactively called in late February, inquiring as to when the lessons would restart, I was advised we were made aware of the lessons restarting early that month via email (which I never received). I was told a manager would call me back to discuss options, that was in February, and again in March. It is almost May. I have called 6x, I've been advised that Andrei, the manager would call me back, but he never does. They say how busy they are, that is not an acceptable response after 2 months of waiting, from what was a previously happy client. I'm amazed how the customer experience of this organization went from great to TERRIBLE, and honestly, unacceptable. They not only lost the business of one of our children, but the allows from our youngest, who is about to start swimming lessons. #ConsumerAlert #CTVNewsConsumerAlert @PatForanCTVNews

Unfortunately the majority of our classes were cancelled due to COVID closures so credits were issued for those missed dates that were paid in advance. Unfortunately the original swim time we signed up for was no longer being offered and we were moving out of the neighbourhood so we requested a refund for those missed classes (about $200 worth). Our many requests went ignored and unanswered. Requests to speak to management were ignored. The actual classes themselves were OK but certainly not worth the time or money spent. I would not recommended
S	Shalini Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I previously left a negative review as after seeking a refund on March 12 and following up on 4 occasions, the only response I kept receiving was that "I would be contacted once the manager was less busy". It is unfortunate that it took me leaving a negative review over a month later to finally get a call from the Manager. However, I can confirm that since then my refund was swiftly processed . While the Parents & Tot program was not a good fit for our child (too repetitive), I referred others to the program whose toddlers are enjoying it. The facilities are clean. The instructor/staff could be slightly more kind / nurturing but otherwise are running a safe operation.
