I received a response quicker than I expected and Jesse was absolutely fantastic. If their camps are anything like their service, then our daughter is going to have an amazing summer at Jack of Sports.

My 3 kids (age 3.5, 6 and 8) are raving about their swim classes, and thriving with the longer class format. As a parent I am so relieved to have all 3 kids in swim lessons at the exact same time! The team at Jack of Sports (Jesse specifically) was so helpful in finding programs that suited our kids needs, and our busy family schedule. I really appreciated their help and will definitely be recommending their programs. Can't wait to check out their summer camps.

Last week, I used one credit I had on file, and just now booked another session (and paid for it). My phone rang almost instantly! On the other end of the line was an incredibly helpful person named Jesse. Jesse patiently solved all my booking problems and reminded me I had a second credit on file—so not only did he refund the camp I had paid for moments earlier, he helped me move dates and sessions around to get my two kids into camps that better suited their different interests. It was notably refreshing to get a phone call and far more efficient than email (especially since I was admittedly sending too many). Jesse told me that I could email or call back any time if I had any questions—or even text. We've sent our kids to Jack of Sports for years and have always found their staff very flexible and helpful (especially on one occasion when we were late for pick-up and they let our kids stay through extended pick-up at no extra charge). It's not often that I write Google reviews but their service and support were both outstanding tonight.

The teachers are great and knowledgeable on teaching kids how to ride a bike in a short amount of time (camp was for 4 weekends but we missed the first class). My son started off with a balance bike and by the next class was all ready for a pedal bike. By the third and last class, he was already comfortable riding his bike. All the kids enjoyed their time with Larry and Paula. I definitely recommend the class for any parents who want their kids to learn the proper way of riding a bike.

She can ride a bike - so it worked #1!!, but #2, the coaches were all so nice, caring and responsible. We felt completely comfortable doing the drop off for the 2 hours so our daughter could learn distraction free! Head office communication was prompt and detailed. The balance bike we rented was like new and was the key to having her up and riding her peddle bike so fast- she practiced riding to school during the week preparing for the camp on the weekend. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for all, especially for those parents out there with bad backs!!
