★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a buyer of the phase 1 of the Scoop development at 385 Osler St. I would not recommend purchasing a unit from this developer. The workmanship is subpar, finishing details are poor, and most importantly you can 100% expect a lack of communication with Scoop. I have records detailing calls and emails and no one has responded. The effort is nonexistent and at this point I believe they intentionally are trying to avoid addressing my concerns. I believe that having open dialogue and transparency is important, especially when it is a huge financial investment like a home is, and this developer disappoints on so many levels.
