All work was of very high quality and completed in a timely manner at the agreed upon price which we found to be quite reasonable given the scope of the work. Communications and after sales support were excellent. We highly recommend this company.

They carry a lot of fireplace brands and will do the entire contracting job for you. I got fireplace, natural stone and build in cabinets/shelving and they finished the job in 5 days. When we went in first and presented what we were looking for - Felco gave us an appointment a couple of months later to come in and work. The timing was almost spot on and the crew is extremely professional. they are hard working people and come always on time and finish the work with excellent finesse. I will recommend anyone looking for a fireplace to contact Felco - this is the place to go!

He designed and installed a corner fireplace unit in our living room, with glass shelving on the side with a recessed light, and a cabinet below it. He also set up the wiring for a TV to be mounted above it. It is gorgeous; we can't take our eyes off it. He came up with 3 designs, and we're glad we chose the one he recommended. Richard knows his stuff; he grew up with fireplaces (it's a family business), so you're getting a gas fitter, designer and builder - he actually comes on-site to do the job with his crew. He kept to the price he promised, and delivered more - although we paid for regular glass, he delivered tempered glass shelving so that they can carry more weight. Before we finalized the order, we called a reference, who was also thrilled with Richard's work. It's a family business, not a faceless factory with smooth-talking reps, and Richard makes sure the job's done right. He is 100% honest. He promised us the showroom model at a discount, and kept to his word, even though he subsequently had an offer from a builder willing to take it away while we were at his shop. And this was before we had signed the order. We're happy we did!

Richard and Ryan converted my red brick wood fireplace into a tiled, modern gas fireplace. (See pictures below) Their attention to detail was stellar. They not only installed the gas fireplace, but did all of the finishing work as well, while keeping my home as clean as possible. The tile work was very meticulously done and the mantel was cut and lowered to the proper height. The price quoted was exactly what I paid. They were able to remove our fireplace mantel, replace our 25 year old gas fireplace with a new insert and reinstall our existing fireplace mantel in its original condition (as we requested). Richard added a granite border around the new gas fireplace insert and it looks beautiful. We are very happy with the results. Natalie in the office was also very pleasant to deal with. They were respectful in our home and wore masks while working inside the house without having to be asked. There was a bit of a wait for the project to start, but it was all worth it.
