This has to be the most frustratingly incompetent organization I have seen in a long time. They have truly worked hard to earn their 2.6 star rating, and honestly, it shows. Most of the positive ratings are from their own employees. It's like dealing with the cable company from southpark. I would recommend avoiding at all costs. And if you do find yourself at their mercy, I honestly feel for you.

I wish it was possible to give a negative 5 review. Fedex is so backwards and drivers are lazy as all h*ll. Supposed to get a big package and the driver didn't deliver because he didn't have a buzzer code? My apartment # is my buzz code. Don't have to be a genius to figure that out. But rather than get out of his truck to look, I now have to wait until mon for it. Actually wed but it's Fri today. Called customer service, they can't just send the driver back or anything simple. And you just know the driver isn't going to get in any trouble for being a lazy a$$hat. FEDEX IS A JOKE. I RECOMMEND NOBODY USE THEIR SERVICE.

I don't recommend it Very bad, its service was excellent, but now it is more than bad. He told me I will receive my two packages, but I did not receive it. It was more than a month late. They only brought me one box. I called more than once to follow up on my remaining package and sent everything that was inside the box. They told me it arrived empty, how is it possible? After more than a month of waiting, they told me that my shipment was officially announced as missing. How is this possible? I paid customs and shipping fees, but my package did not reach me. سيئة Ω„Ψ§ Ψ§Ω†Ψ΅Ψ­ Ψ¨Ω‡Ψ§

I keep getting calls of a recording saying they have a package that is being held for pick up but the recording provides no information (such as phone number, tracking number etc.) Yesterday I called the 1800 number and, after a long drawn out fight with their automated system trying to speak with a person when I couldn't provide a tracking number I finally got through to an actual person. Initially the person tried to find my package via my postal code but could not find it. They ultimately found it using other data and confirmed the postal code was correct but advised that the system didn't always work. The person determined there had been an issue with delivery. He told me that they had fixed it in their system and indicated the package would be sent out for delivery. Since then I have had 3 more automated calls and the website still indicates the package is being held. FedEx's poor use of automated systems has cost me a lot of time and aggravation. Time to hire more people or fix your glitches.

I live an hour away from where they picked up my products. Paid $40.95 for overnight. Came two days late. Was on truck twice! Delivery not attempted. Really? My $40.95 is worthless to this company. Customer Service first tried to blame snow. We had none. Blamed an accident. Maybe so I asked if all the drivers are in accidents because all my packages come late. Shameful business practices!

Picked up a parcel at the ship centre on April 22 and the two staff were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond assisting us, first trying to get it in our vehicle, then re packaging and shipping back the oversized and damaged product (thanks, Wayfair). Such a positive experience and really grateful for their kindness!

Calling them is brutal. It was impossible to get through the virtual assistant to speak with an actual person. FedEx decided not to deliver a package to my home (which I usually have no problems getting delivered to) and sent it back to the sender. There were no phone calls/texts/emails sent to me to warn me. Would give them 1 star but the only reason I gave them an extra star is because they were willing to do an express shipment of a temperature-controlled parcel a year ago. Their front desk staff are also really nice when you show up in person so I feel bad for not giving them credit for that.

Too stupid to operate. Paid extra for express shipping only to have the package arrive 6 nights later. Since I wasn't waiting for them at the door for a week straight they randomly show up, put a tag on the door and bring it to a FedEx on the other side of town (even though the door tag said they'd drop it off at the one by my house). Nobody knows anything just pure incompetence. Will avoid future shipping with FedEx at all costs. Couldn't have done a worse job if they tried
