The delivery service is horrendous. The customer service is incompetent. I absolutely hate everything about FedEx! Unfortunately some of the stuff that I buy online is delivered by FedEx and immediately feel sick and angry cause I know they’ll either fail to deliver the package or drop it off at the farthest fedex from my house for pick up. Agents over the phone aren’t properly trained and give you wrong information all the time. Getting a hold of a supervisor takes hours and once you get a hold of them they just don’t care. Most of the delivery drives slack a lot. You have to wait all day from 8am-5pm in the house without any prior notice or even a two hour time slot for the package to be delivered. The drives only buzz once and never call customer if they can’t get a hold of customer. Even if you have paid extra for priority overnight delivery. I really hope this company goes bankrupt. I was told I can have my package picked up after 5pm (drove an hour) and I waited till 6.30pm but still couldn’t pick up my package. They seriously need to ban this delivery service!

My package was delayed for 2days. Waited a day at home for my package.but the driver never show up so I called customer service next day morning. Tell them if they can hold the package for me at this location and I will go pick it up right now. So the agent said he will do it. I drove 30min to this location and the front desk told me my package is out for delivery. I told her I’ve let the customer service hold the package for me because I’m coming to pick it up. But she says for holding a package it takes 24hrs to process??? There is nothing they can do at the moment and tell me to wait at home if I didn’t get the package I should be getting the delivery note then I can come pick it up the next day. Worst shipping company ever. * I got my package but my package required signature.FedEx just put my package on the apartment mailroom floor without getting my signature.

Branch is good, employees are well-mannered and helpful, I’ve had a good experience with all of them. I would especially like to appreciate the employee named Sebastian who has exceptional customer service, communication skills, and resourcefulness. I highly recommend Sebastian as an employee for FedEx or any other organization based on how he dealt with a high-stress situation that many others would have not been able to handle with such professionalism.

Attempted delivery once, then brought my package to Burnaby, 25 minute drive from my house. Been standing in a queue in 2 degree weather for 30 minutes now. Do better FedEx!!

Busy and slow as usual. Service is just bad. Sorry, but you truly need to improve a lot. These pics were made with 2 hour difference. Saturday afternoon: 20 people waiting outside in line.

Just picked up a parcel, here, today, and service was very fast, friendly, and efficient. There was a lady there (using the word "lady" loosely, here), ripping into one of the agents, the entire time we were there. She hadn't responded to her delivery notice or to voice mails regarding her delivery, and her package had eventually been returned to the sender. As we left, my seven-year-old said, "I feel sad for that guy," and, "I'm not going to be like her, when I grow up," she'd been that "mean," he said. The agent never lost his patient tone, his temper, or his manners. These people deserve more than five stars for putting up with this sort of... rubbish so gracefully. Edited to add: my kid just said, four hours later, "I bet that lady is still there, at FedEx, yelling at that poor guy." That's how bad that was. Also, I should add: I'd asked online for my parcel to be taken elsewhere, but they couldn't send it to that location because I had duties and taxes due. Someone from this location rang to tell me this, and to let me know how I may resolve the issue. They really do their best to help, but you do have to take responsibility for tracking and receiving your parcel, as well.

This company is a joke. Delay, delay, delay, while my package sits in the Burnaby warehouse. Every morning it is ready to go, and 4pm marked as delayed. Then they decide to send me a pickup notification. Paid for overnight shipping from Ontario and no delivery in 5 business days. No attempt to even deliver it. Isn’t that part of being a package delivery company???

During the holiday season, surprisingly the wait time was 40 minutes. I would advise not going once it opens on the weekend at 11am, the line up was lined up into the parking lot. At around noon, it only had 10 or so people lined up. Limited parking, but there is a few free spots nearby. Pay parking nearby 6am-8pm, 7 days a week.
