★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is micro management strategies to solve employee problems. I am a certified forklift reach and counter balance forklift operator. When I was interviewed I was told there was 10 guys and they are team players and work in a team environment . So I'm on board right? Wrong! The first day of my job here I was excited to start learning the job . When I started the supervisor explained the job briefly. After the brief explanation I was introduced to my employees who didnt attempt to shake my hand. Next I did my forklift inspection and I thought I was off ready to learn my new forklift operator position. Wrong! I was told I would be cleaning for the entire day and that the other 3 days is learning paperwork and cleaning cleaning cleaning . The only person cleaning I'm lost in the dark because I thought I was suppose to learn the job you know training/notcleaning No they didn't tell me ahead this is their process I watched other employees drive forklifts and all of them didn't help with the housekeeping as teamwork. This is the most missinformation confusing place to work, inside is very dirty as well . If you looking for a forklift position beware. Find out all the information
