Our 24x 16 multilevel deck was 13 ft above the grade was not a standard one, so we had hard time finding a deck contractor knowledgeable + experienced with the city and the building code. After meeting with 5 contractors, we chose Fedeck. We liked that deck specialist Rustem gave us a detailed consultation with references to the building code and desirable time frame. To be honest quotation was not the lowest one, but we had a feeling that these guys are real professionals capable of completing our complex project. After we signed the contract and drawing prepared by FeDeck's engineer and 8 days of waiting we got the permit. Another 11 days days and our deck was complete. Fedeck guys organized the city inspections and we got 4 inspections reports with final approval by the city. What started like a nightmare turned into a enjoyable experience. I personally recommend this company because it was the only company we liked from the beginning till the completion. Good Luck! I hope this review helps those looking for a deck builder. Trust your instincts and feelings + take time to research and talk to contractors before you make such an important decision.

Even though our deck was not very big, we never had to chase the project (as we did with another interlocking contractor last year). After sharing our ideas with an estimator, we got the quote with detailed description by the end of the day. We approved and signed a contract with building permit paperwork in 2 days. Once the city approved our permit (12 days) Fedeck crew started the project (the next day!!) and finished in two weeks. We had a 7 day delay caused by the city inspection which was taken care of by Fedeck guys. We are very satisfied with our deck. We loved that Fedeck took care of everything and provided us with all the building permit documentation and inspection reports once the project was completed and approved by the city authorities. We would highly recommend !!! :)
