After two years of my husband and my wedding being cancelled down south, we had planned to have a small wedding at our cottage. Although this was an exciting thing to plan, we had a lot of landscaping and other work to do around the cottage to make it look wedding ready. After loads after loads of grass seed, tons of raking, immense watering, we ultimately decided that sodding the whole lawn was the only way we were going to have a lawn worth looking at in time for our wedding day. This decision was made just over two weeks before our wedding date. If it wasn’t for Josh and his crew getting their job done so incredibly fast, we would have not had grass for our wedding. They jumped to get the job done, not only quickly but also perfectly. We did not have to sacrifice quality for time efficiency at all. I cannot say enough good things about this team. They not only played a huge part in making our cottage look amazing, but they saved our pictures, videos, and memories of our wedding. I would recommend going to Fawcett Excavating to anyone. The crew of guys are so nice, great at what they do and so easy to deal with. Cannot thank them enough!! From, a very happy costumer. ?

We hadn’t planned early enough to be placed into Josh’s busy schedule; however, he found the time to squeeze us in, even if it meant working a little later in the day to complete the job. Josh and his team were extremely professional, organized and they were quick to get the job done! I have to say that I wasn’t exactly sure of what I wanted; however, Josh was able to come up with the solutions that I needed regarding landscaping, pathways etc. due to his vast experience. Josh even moved trees on our property that are now located in ideal positions to maximize the appeal of our home. These gentlemen worked hard – and, even when there was a moment or two as they waited for dump trucks to dump their load, Josh’s team could be seen pulling weeds from my garden bed and walkway! Amazing – thanks Josh and team!

We were very pleased with the overall results and found Josh to be extremely skilled and talented. Both Josh and his crew took great pride in their work and were genuinely concerned with the quality of the final product. Josh showed great vision and used his considerable experience to make suggestions of how to maximize the space or improve the look (ex: he suggested curving the stairs). Josh’s final bill was true to his estimate and if anything, he did more work than promised for the same price. We would not hesitate to engage Josh for future projects.
