I went in to buy some textile to make a kurta and the was vwry thorough and knew exactly what i needed to get my dress made.

The Owners son's attitude is so wrong towards his customer. They don't know customer service and get mad at their customers for payment, return policy, things that should be allowed e.g. He wants cash business but then is not ready to hold the product so that the customer can go and get cash for the payment from ATM. I wanted to exchange the outfit due to the color and it is not even a month I bought it from them and not worn and with full tags, but he refused with so much attitude. He can at least be polite. He is talking to women, no one has taught him basic courtesy?? How is he doing business in a country like Canada where Politeness and courtesy are so important. I have seen him treating his employees too while I was there at his shop, I feel really sorry for them having such a rude and arrogant employer. Please stay away from these people. There are so many ethnic places in GTA and have a lot more variety and very humble and nice people to do business with.
G	Global Traveller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No customer friendly atmosphere. You get a sense of certain stress as soon as you enter the store and start dealing with the owner or staff. Owner does not leave staff alone to show items to customers.

The quality of each fabric is undoubtedly good. The staff is very cooperative and helpful as well. I like their service and will always prefer fashion valley for all my clothing needs.

Tailor on site, was able to arrange for adjustments to my ready made blouse and to my skirt that I had purchased at a different store. It's always werid for me going into saree/similar stores being non Asian, but I felt welcomed and will definitely return for my next purchase.

Today, Tania was helping me out - she was extremely helpful and patient with me. She helped me find the perfect fabric for my outfit, providing her suggestions of what looks good. Thank you Tania - very satisfied with my experience and purchase!!

While looking for sparkly fabric to add to my wedding dress (Toronto/Brampton & Richmond hill) I came across this store and not only they had what the bridal boutique didn’t have but also 1/10 of the price. Staff are very nice and they have the best fabric selection in GTA!
