Says it opens at 6am...wasn’t open at 6:30 am

Great service. Nice and clean place to do laundry.

Everytime closed whenever i go there. So inconvience.

Do not give these people your service. They have absolutely NO care for your stuff, whatsoever. They accept no responsibility for their actions, and they can be straight up rude when they have made a mistake. Previous experience we've had: we dropped off our laundry, and they told us they would call when it was ready to be picked up. We waited for their call, and when we got there to pick up our laundry, they gave us a garbage bag full of clothes, and our laundry bag that we had brought our clothes in thrown on the floor. Okay, whatever. We went home, and went about our day. We later receive another phone call, and this time they are furious, and rude to us, asking us "why we would take someone else's clothes." We were confused, so we opened our garbage bag to find that half of them weren't even our clothes. We tried to explain that this was the bag that they had handed us, and that all of our stuff was in it together, but they DEMANDED we bring it back to them because the owner needed their clothes back. We felt horrible for the people whose clothes we had, so of course, we returned them, even though we were absolutely appalled at their attitude and rudeness when THEY had made the mistake and made US take time out of our day to bring the stuff back. Tonight's experience: tonight, my fiance and I had brought in a load of laundry. Again, he gave us a time estimate and told us that he would call us. Well, we never got the phone call, so we had forgotten about the clothes (he writes our phone number down every single time and knows our names). We came in at 10pm to pick them up (drop off around 6), and when we walked in, he said "you're late." We said "oh, we never got a phone call... We forgot and you guys are still open for an hour." He rolled his eyes and grabbed a garbage bag full of clothes from behind the counter...... We had brought our clothes in a laundry bag. So when we asked where it was, he said that he left it on the floor in the middle of the store. We looked at each other like "why the hell would he keep our clothes behind the counter but our laundry bag in the middle of the convenience store" so we looked around, and didn't see it. We waited for him to serve a customer, and he seemed as though he was trying to avoid making contact again. My fiance said "uh, it's not here" and he responded with "I guess someone stole it then" and shrugged. Like, EXCUSE ME!? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? WHY WOULD YOU LEAVE IT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FLOOR FOR SOMEONE TO TAKE, WHEN OUR CLOTHES ARE BEHIND THE COUNTER?! And of course, he just looked away and avoided further contact, as if to make it seem like it was our fault. No refund, no free load of laundry, not even a f***ing chocolate bar to make up for it. Like come on. With the amount of money that we spend there, they couldn't even try to do something to show that they had made a mistake? Extremely unprofessional.

I come here every week to do my laundry here. I don't mind it. It's just lots of the washing machine and drying machines are broken. And you'll have to wait some time before you can use it if you come on a busy time. It's it's good.
